Japan had it earlier by having general electronics ..the fujis the sanyos etc..korea followed suit with microelectronics notice samsung,LG..china with chip technology and software then India with outsourcing and also software development.Fcourse pia all of them had their own nyayo cars which have been successfull(india-Tata, Korea -KIA, China -jiefang...etc etc. Tech speaking the next big thing is nanotech, minituarized techs,material Science & dev(where thin film technology-tft comes in) and precision science but wat do we have for these in the plan?zero fcourse, hakuna!kwa hiyo,. hiyo ni bure tu. Me thinks hao wazee wange layout some curriculla dev to incalculate(NGO speak) these in the plan. would it not be interesting ukiona mzee wa jua kali akitumia laser cutter machine on some silicon sheet.
